The importance of “me time”.

Worked so much the last period, today I felt like sh*t. So had to listen to my body once again and take a step back, meaning skipping a come back day of the course. Which made me feel a little guilty because I appreciate their effort so much, but! The last piece of this article reminded me of my objection to my myths of “weakness” ”Whatever you choose, enjoy it and don’t you dare feel guilty.” It’s allowed to feel your own needs 😉 Give it a read!
