The munchy siblings: Alternative nacho recipe

Aaah, we both kept our word, my brother and I. Without hesitation we rode off to the gym on our bikes tonight and helped eachother out with the exercises of our workout. We ended up breathless on the ground and with shaking knees :’)
Let’s see if we can keep this up!

This here is my idea-face saying ‘let’s make pictures of our beautiful food, nyes!’
As we decided on monday we would make dinner together the next day, so yesterday we thought about something to make. We wanted it to be food we really love to munch away, but healthier than usual.
We came up with our favourite nacho dish, normally drenched in cheese and salsa sauce and more a snack than actual dinner, and changed it into a more healthy meal.

Kidney beans, corn, tomatoes and onions flavoured with a bit of salt & pepper and garlic. For the guacamole we used 2 avocados with seasoning, but left out the sour cream.

Ovenbaked chicken to go with the lettuce..

& a cheese sauce, but we tried to limit our intake on that :’)

Before we put it on the table and the chicken was even ready yet we ofcourse couldn’t help but to taste our own creation, and we must say it tasted good even without the rest
