Happy moment! Getting things right with your body is tough sometimes, especially when you're looking, but when it comes to IBS - which could be anything 🤷🏻‍♀️ - I think I'm finally getting there. I don't feel like a pregnant puffer fish that's about to explode or might go UP 🐡 today 🤗 and therefore good in my skin. 🙏 Hope that this is it and I'll find out with my orthomolecular nutritionist what's bothering my bowels.

It does mean tho that about 90% of the food on my feed is now off limits. WHUAT. Hopefully until soon my onions and garlic, base of me kitchen 💜😭
