It’s saturday night, let’s go

In.. We’ve had it for today. I’m tired. Not just from late nights out or working a lot. Nah, that’s nothing new. My head is tired.

You know how you can get sick the moment you’re free? Besides the usual stuff like being tired from work or anything it’s like there is tension I’ve been building up for a while now finally has to find it’s way out. You can’t help but to feel a bit nervous or annoyed all the time, because there is finally time to give it some space. Though I’m tired it is still a kind of energy. Going out and having drinks or cycling 19 km’s a dat now helps to let that energy flow away, but the only real remedy is to embrace the stuff you feel sucks and give it a name. Sometimes the best way to do that is to stay put and listen to what your body has to say.

So here we are, staying put tonight. Tell me oh tired mind an body. What do I need to know?
