Overnight oats recipe: Berry Mania & Bananarama

Overnight oats recipe madness

The overnight oats recipe madness continues! One of the best things in my (mentally) chaotic weeks is prepping my meals. I make more conscious choices and it adds some color and fun by coming up with new ideas!

Berry Mania

Summer is over, winter is coming.. But if I have one good memory from this summer it is the quite enormous amount of icecream I’ve been eating with my best life companion. One of these flavours being Cherry Mania. Icecream with yoghurt, dark chocolate and ofcourse cherries.

Though cherries were not to be found in my home assortiment I had recently bought some frozen berries: blueberries and rasberries. Where I’d be without chocolate I would not know, so two bars of dark chocolate happened to be in my backpack (a). This house is never without yoghurt so a new breakfast recipe was born!

Same as my first combo’s I used:

Mason Jar
40 grams oats
200 ml milk
Bit of honey
Spoon of flax seed

Only this time I added some yoghurt, cherries and dark chocolate!

“Bananaramaaaa”

Or maybe I should call it The Elvis, since peanut butter and banana was Elvis his favourite sandwich! Or Banana snickers for when I turn into a hungry diva (always, no comment). Anyway I’m a minions fan, so you pronounce it exactly with the voice you’re thinking it in now.

Mason Jar
40 grams oats
200 ml milk
Bit of honey
Spoon of flax seed
Spoon of peanut butter
0,5 Banana
Chunks of dark chocolate

When you’re done with this one you’re gonna be full for a long while!

I’m a lazy person when it comes to these oats. I just put everything in a jar, mix it up and find my way to the place we all love most: bed. Not quite instagram worthy, but if served just for you in the early morning, they work out just fine <3 Anything you don’t want to have soaked in fluids you add in the morning. Otherwise no worries!

These were my latest two overnight oats recipes. Hit me up with some more!
