I know there are a lot of people stressed out about so much and believe me I’m one of them too. I’ve come to expercience that mindfulness really helps me out keeping control over my lovely shitfaced brain that tends to makes connections with every stimulus. Embrace all of you and all of your emotions, accept. You can do more for yourself than you might realize. Sometimes it seems like things happen to you, and sometimes it does, but you’re your own creator and you can control how fiercely you experience things, be your own supervisor.
